Parents/Carers whose children attend the nursery are asked to provide the nursery with names, addresses and telephone numbers of two contact persons for use in the case of emergency, in the event of us not being able to contact you for any reason.

Please keep all these numbers up to date at all times including mobiles.

In order that the nursery can pass on emergency information to you it is vital you inform nursery staff of any changes of where and how you can be contacted. This may need to be done on a daily basis.
